Trakstar Hire data is stored in and served from Amazon EC2 servers that are certified US-EU Safe Harbor compliant. User accounts are password protected and can only be accessed with the right credentials. There are multiple user levels so you can designate each team member with the right permission.

Hire provides you the tools you need to comply with GDPR and other data privacy legislation, from meeting notice and consent obligations to securely processing candidate data. We take data privacy seriously and are an active participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.
Complete Data Ownership
Your organization owns all its data, no strings attached. You can request we delete your data if you ever decide to terminate your Hire account. You can also request a data export and we’ll happily provide you with a JSON file with a one-week expiration date.
